FLUID END FOR DUPLEX AND TRIPLEX MUD PUMPS

Fluid End models that TME srl designs and develops in its establishment

Tecno Meccanica Emiliana realizes Complete Fluid End Groups for both Duplex and Triplex Mud Pumps in different sizes and types. The construction cycle of such groups starts with the acquisition of the primary raw materials from which are then derived the different components by means of machining with machine tools, these components are then assembled to obtain the finished Groups.

We are also be able to provide separately all of the Fluid End components that we make, even as Spare Parts.

Each single detail that makes up the Fluid End, undergoes a heat treatment to obtain higher wear resistance and higher durability in time.

Like all our products, we realize these Fluid Ends using only high quality Italian materials.

To ensure the ultimate suitability, TME inside performs strict non-destructive testing, such as ultrasound inspections and penetrant tests, and severe dimensional inspections.

Mechanical processes are performed on our NC centers, while the assembly of each single detail takes place in our assembly department.
