Tecno Meccanica Emiliana realizes Complete Mud Crosses for National Mud Pump 12-P-160 5000 PSI New Style.
The construction cycle of these Mud Crosses begins with the acquisition of raw materials waste, from which are then derived the different components by means of machining with machine tools; these components are then assembled to obtain the finished product.
Like all our products, we realize these Mud Crosses using only Italian sourced materials, certified and high quality.
To ensure the ultimate suitability of each individual Mud Cross that we realize, we are subjected to strict non-destructive testing, such as ultrasound inspections and penetrant tests.
Every single detail that makes up the Mud Cross, undergoes a heat treatment to improve the wear resistance and to increase durability in time.
All mechanical processes are performed at our factory, while the assembly of all the parts performed at our assembly department.
